Your Struggle with Emotional Eating

Ends Here

Emotional Eating Is Insidious

It’s happening and you don’t even realize it.
Or, you realize it and you just can’t stop.
Then the promises begin: just one more cookie, only one more piece of candy,

I’ll stop tomorrow….

But you feel stuck, right? Like there’s no way out?

Don't feel bad…you are not alone

The American Psychological Association has found that after overeating or eating unhealthy foods:

  • Half of adults (49%) report feeling disappointed in themselves
  • 46% report feeling bad about their bodies
  • More than one-third (36%) say they feel sluggish or lazy

Ending your struggle with emotional eating is not about diets and deprivation.

It’s about "self-care" and "self-love."

Hearing these words...

"self-care" and "self-love"

…can be scary and overwhelming. At 3:00 in the afternoon, when the deadlines are looming and you haven’t had time to eat lunch, that candy bar is calling your name. And the diet soda. Or the latte with two packets of sugar. You’re not thinking, “Wait, I need to practice self-care,” right?

OK, take a deep breath.

C’mon – inhale and exhale. Do it again.

This is for real. Right here, right now.

Are you feeling calmer?

Focusing on breathing always helps me relax, reset, and refocus and I want to help you do the same by offering you the tools that have worked for my clients and me.

How to End Your Struggle with Emotional Eating

~ from A to Z

An exclusive year-long program designed to give you the tools you need to guide you to finally live a life free of emotional eating. Over the course of a year, you will learn to embrace the necessary components to forge a lifestyle plan for healthy eating, self-care, and self-love.

Program Includes:

Content and Support

Throughout this year-long program, you will receive weekly emails identifying aspects of emotional eating, and journal prompts to open your heart and mind to transformation. Ending your struggle with emotional eating is a step-by-step process and this weekly support will empower you to take the necessary steps to let go of the shame and allow your true self to shine.

Live Monthly Group Call

We’ll get together virtually once a month to talk about how you are moving through the program. I’ll be available to answer your questions and guide you on your journey to love and appreciate your true self. You’ll also have an opportunity to connect with other program participants (which can be invaluable for self-growth). All calls will be recorded.

Private Facebook Group

Let this be a place where you can feel a hand at your back or someone holding your hand as you move through the modules to end your struggle with emotional eating. The program isn’t done in a vacuum – you are living your life. Connection to strengthen your resolve and celebrate your success is priceless.

What makes this program distinctive?

During our time together we will explore the physical elements, emotional factors, spiritual aspects and nutritional components of emotional eating.

The experience is year-long, with an objective to guide you through the ups and downs of life, especially through the changing seasons and holidays.

It includes a self-study component and live connection. There’s a private Facebook group to interact with others who are on the road to end their struggle with emotional eating: of course, I’ll be in the group as well.

Each participant will have the opportunity to schedule quarterly phone calls with Jodi for additional support.

We want you to be able to experience Bravo! Wellness and How To End Your Struggle with Emotional Eating ~ from A to Z  with very little risk. At the same time, we want individuals who are ready to do the work to create a healthy relationship with themselves. It takes courage and effort to make peace with food and your body. Our solution is our Peace-of-Mind Promise.

If you enroll in this pilot program, you promise to give it a really good try; we’ll ask you to go through the first two months and complete the modules, participate in the monthly zoom gatherings, ask questions in the Facebook group, and be present for your private calls with Jodi—being fully committed.

Will I need to make additional investments to fully implement this program?

No. The program is 100% complete.

As part of the program, you will see that I occasionally recommend resources. Some are free and some you would need to purchase, if you decided you wanted to invest in that way.

How long do I have to access the course? What if I fall behind?

You will receive a new module every two weeks. The program was designed this way, so you have time to work through the information at your own pace and adapt it into your life. The modules you receive via email are yours to keep and refer to whenever you need support. You may even discover that by working through a later module, you may want to make time to re-examine earlier segments. As long as you continue to put in the energy and effort to end your struggle with emotional eating, you will keep moving forward.

Participation in the Facebook group and monthly calls are limited to the 12 months of the course.

How much time do I need to set aside each week in order to see results?

This is going to be different for each participant, and may change from week to week, depending on how you relate to the materials. Some people may choose to commit an hour each week others may allot 15 minutes per day. Here’s what I do know – you need to make time for your health and well-being to live a healthy, happy, fulfilled life.

How can this program benefit me?

Emotional eating is about nutrition as well as your emotional/mental/spiritual well-being. Ending your struggle with emotional eating happens when you incorporate all of these factors.
