Ending your struggle with emotional eating is a step-by-step process and this weekly support will empower you to take the necessary steps to let go of the shame and allow your true self to shine.
Live Monthly Group Call
We’ll get together virtually once a month to talk about how you are moving through the program. I’ll be available to answer your questions and guide you on your journey to love and appreciate your true self. You’ll also have an opportunity to connect with other program participants (which can be invaluable for self-growth). All calls will be recorded.
Private Facebook Group
Let this be a place where you can feel a hand at your back or someone holding your hand as you move through the modules to end your struggle with emotional eating. The program isn’t done in a vacuum – you are living your life. Connection to strengthen your resolve and celebrate your success is priceless.

When does the program begin?
Immediately. The program information is delivered via email. Once you enroll, you will receive a confirmation email with details about how the program works, including information about the monthly group calls and the private Facebook group. You will then receive your first program module and weekly emails throughout the duration of the program.
Is this program guaranteed? What is your refund policy?
Your satisfaction and your success are extremely important to me. Of course, your satisfaction and success are related to the time, energy and effort you commit to the program materials and offerings.
If at any time you decide you no longer want to participate in the program, you need to email support (at) bravowellness (dot) com four business days prior to your monthly renewal date. Your membership will be terminated, including access to the private Facebook group and monthly group calls. You will no longer be charged for the program.
Please note: there are no refunds for any months for which you’ve already paid.
Will I need to make additional investments to fully implement this program?
No. The program is 100% complete.
As part of the program, you will see that I occasionally recommend resources. Some are free and some you would need to purchase, if you decided you wanted to invest in that way.
How long do I have to access the course? What if I fall behind?
You will receive a new module every two weeks. The program was designed this way, so you have time to work through the information at your own pace and adapt it into your life. The modules you receive via email are yours to keep and make time to re-examine earlier segments. As long as you continue to put in the energy and effort to end your struggle with emotional eating, you will keep moving forward.
Participation in the Facebook group and monthly calls are limited to the 12 months of the course.
How much time do I need to set aside each week in order to see results?
This is going to be different for each participant, and may change from week to week, depending on how you relate to the materials. Some people may choose to commit an hour each week others may allot 15 minutes per day. Here’s what I do know 0 you need to make time for your health and well-being to live a healthy, happy, fulfilled life.

Emotional eating is about nutrition as well as your emotional/mental/spiritual well-being. Ending your struggle with emotional eating happens when you incorporate all of these factors. This program will guide as you embrace all of these components and forge a lifestyle plan for healthy eating, self-care and self-love.

Who am I?
I’m Jodi Krizer Graber, a passionate health coach and speaker, who is committed to supporting you to live a happy, healthy, fulfilled life.
I founded Bravo! Wellness to guide you and give you the strength to release your struggles with emotional eating. I want you to experience the joy of looking in the mirror and seeing a strong, confident individual looking back at you.
I do this work because I suffered alone for too long – thinking there was something wrong with me, that I should know what to eat and when, that the stress was “par for the course” if I wanted to be successful in my career. Then there was the hot, humimd summer day in New York City when I nearly passed out while playing tennis with a friend in Central Park. I was so scared! I had to get help.
Fast forward to my amazing therapist and her compassion, love and support. I will remain grateful to her forever. And one of the most wonderful things she did for me was refer me to a passionate, caring health coach who introduced me to goji berries, cacao, the concept of mindful eating, how to truly take care of myself and so much more! My therapist + my health coach = my dynamic duo, my guardian angels.
I am honored and humbled to help others. I don’t want anyone to feel as alone and scared as I did.
My goal is to inspire, educate and empower you to explore the needs of your body, mind and spirit and adopt healthy habits that last a lifetime.
