47 Days of Transformation (2013): Day 1

47 Days of Transformation

Today is a new day. It’s a special day for me.

It’s Day One of my 47 Days of Transformation

Why 47 Days of Transformation? Reason one: I’m 47 years old. (Did I really just share that with the world?) And, reason two: because I realize there are things I set out to accomplish in 2013 that I haven’t yet done. I don’t want to wake up on January 1, 2014 and be in the same place I’m in today. I want to grow. I want to transform.

When I looked at my calendar and realized today, November 15, meant there were 47 days left in the year, I knew I had to make these 47 days meaningful.

I haven’t set all my goals for the next 47 days. Essentially, I’m reviewing all the goals I’ve already outlined and now figuring out how to make the most out of the remainder of 2013.

I know I want to be more conscious of who I am and how I behave/act/react in the world.

I know I want to get to yoga consistently.

I know I want to become even more conscious of the food I eat and how I prepare it each and every day.

I know I want to get more organized so that I can increase my productivity.

I know I want to get to sleep earlier than I usually do (midnight).

I’ve started my day today with green juice, so I consider my 47 Days of Transformation off to a great start.

And, I know I have work to do. I’ll be doing some goal-setting this weekend.

Most of all, I’m excited for the next 47 days!!!

How are you feeling about 2013? Have you accomplished your goals? Are there things you still want to do this year? I encourage you to look at the calendar and the remaining days of 2013. How can you create an exciting environment so that you wake up on January 1, 2014 feeling vibrant, energized, accomplished, excited, healthy and happy?

Feel free to leave a comment and let me know what you want to accomplish in 2013. I’ll be blogging about my journey so you can follow along each day and let me know how you’re doing, too.

Here’s to the BEST YOU and ME yet!
