Staying Motivated. Are you?

The first Friday night of the new year. It’s been a mellow one for me. Early dinner at a Chinese restaurant; steamed veggies and brown rice. When I got home I rested for a bit and digested dinner, then got on the treadmill for 30 minutes. I was going to work out earlier today but I had a headache and just couldn’t get myself going. Yet tonight I kept reminding myself about WHY I want to get on the treadmill. This year is going to be different. There are changes I want to make.

I want to make a huge difference for others. I want to motivate, educate and inspire individuals to live their best life – to achieve a state of well-being, fulfillment and abundance. The best way for me to do that is to live my life to the fullest, which means eating healthily and engaging in physical activity. Healthy food and working out provide a foundation upon which I can strengthen my resolve to work smarter, think clearly and make sound decisions.

Day 4 of January. Four days of eating well. Four days of exercising (treadmill and yoga). Four days of blogging to share thoughts and ideas…and motivation.
